Custom items are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged once production begins. This includes personalized items (e.g., name caps) and any products printed, embroidered, or produced specifically for this team/store.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our side, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right (replacement or credit, depending on the issue).
