Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and apply per order and per shipment.

Once an order has shipped, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order confirmation and shipping notification emails are sent automatically as a courtesy. Delivery of these emails is not guaranteed due to spam filters, email provider restrictions, or user email settings.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier.

If a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier but not received by the customer, it is considered delivered. Any claims must be filed directly with the carrier.
