Refund & Return Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, an item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. Any item that has been opened is not eligible for return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used items
  • Items returned without original packaging
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Health, personal care, or sanitary items

Dissatisfaction with material, fit, color, or personal preference does not constitute a defective product.

Order Errors & Duplicate Orders

Our checkout system records all successful transactions. Orders placed multiple times due to repeated checkout attempts, browser refreshes, delayed page loads, or user actions are considered valid orders.

The absence of an order confirmation email does not invalidate an order. Confirmation emails are automated and delivery is not guaranteed due to email provider filtering or user email settings.

Returns

All returns must be authorized prior to being sent back. Proof of purchase is required. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within the processing timeframe set by your payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Payment Authorization & Dispute Policy

By submitting payment information and completing checkout, you authorize us to charge the provided payment method for the total amount shown at checkout, including product costs, taxes, and shipping fees.

All transactions are logged with timestamps, IP address, device data, and payment authorization codes. Successfully authorized payments are considered valid and binding.

Claims of unauthorized, duplicate, or accidental charges do not invalidate an order when payment authorization was successfully completed.

Digital Wallet Payments (Apple Pay & Google Pay)

Apple Pay and Google Pay transactions require biometric or device-level authentication. Completion of payment using these services constitutes explicit user authorization.

Disputes submitted as “unauthorized” for Apple Pay or Google Pay transactions are reviewed against device-level authentication records provided by the payment processor.

Failure to recognize a transaction does not constitute fraud when wallet authentication was successfully completed.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute prior to contacting customer support may result in denial of future service.

Chargebacks filed for transactions that comply with our posted policies will be contested using order records, payment authorization data, delivery confirmation, and policy acceptance logs.

Refunds will not be issued for items that are opened, used, or returned outside of policy, even if a chargeback is filed.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise approved in writing.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
